What is Andrea’s Women’s Only Boot Camp Houston?
Andea’s Women Only Boot Camp Houston is an individualized exercise program designed to bring results that you can see and feel in a short amount of time. Women workout different than men.
In our Women’s only Boot Camp Houston facility, we target specific muscle groups that women like to target the most, such us Core (abs, back, love handles), arms (shoulders, biceps, but specifically triceps, so we can wave without worrying), etc.
It has been structured to bring the personalized attention of working one on one with a trainer but at a fraction of the cost.
How do we make this possible? In Andrea’s Women Only Boot Camp Houston, we offer semi – private training sessions which allow you to participate in a fitness program created specifically with your needs and goals in mind.
Andrea’s Women Fitness Boot Camp Houston program consists of 2 workouts per week in the evenings, plus access to additional classes in Kickboxing and Zumba, and Zumba Toning to maximize results.
